I've been training with Neeraj for almost 3 months now, and believe he is most amazing coach around as well as a great person. I’ve been enrolled for a short period of time but I’ve never seen this much of progress in such short time. The diet given was easy and I didn’t have a problem in following and it was easy to implement. Being a working woman it has been hard to follow a diet and to complete the needs of my body but the diet chart provided by neeraj sir was really helpful. And the variety in food made it easier to follow the diet without getting bored of it, was tasty as well.
